By placing an order with A Small Act Rental LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), the customer (“Client,” “you”) agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Rental Period & Pricing
- All rental prices are for a 24-hour rental period unless otherwise stated in writing.
- The 24-hour period begins at the scheduled delivery or pickup time and ends at the scheduled return or pickup time the following day.
- Late Returns: Any item not returned on time will automatically be charged for an additional full rental day at the same daily rate.
- No partial-day discounts are given.
2. Payment & Reservations
- Full payment and/or required deposit is due to reserve equipment.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
- Prices are subject to change until payment is made and the order is confirmed.
3. Damage, Loss & Destruction
- Client is fully responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery or pickup until items are returned and inspected.
- Any item that is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed will result in additional charges.
- There is a starting $50 fee per damaged or destroyed item, plus the cost of repair or full replacement if repair is not possible.
- Client will be charged the full replacement value for any item deemed non-repairable.
- Normal wear and tear is acceptable. Excessive damage is not.
4. Cleaning Fees
- All items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.
5. Use of Equipment
- Equipment is for intended use only.
- Client agrees not to misuse, modify, or sub-rent any equipment.
- Client assumes all responsibility for proper use and supervision of equipment.
6. Weather Policy
- Rentals can be canceled due to weather for another date up to 1 year from the purchase date. NO REFUND
- The customer is responsible for protecting the equipment from rain, wind, heat, and other weather conditions.
- Wet, damaged, or weather-destroyed equipment will result in repair or replacement charges.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies may vary by item and event type.
- Same-day cancellations may result in a full charge.
8. Liability & Indemnification
- A Small Act Rental LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of rental equipment.
- Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless A Small Act Rental LLC from all claims, damages, or liabilities related to the use of rental items.
9. Access & Shipping
- The client must provide safe and clear access for delivery and pickup.
- If delivery/pickup cannot be completed due to blocked access, additional fees may apply.
10. Pickup Identification Requirements
- All customers picking up rental equipment are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (State ID or Driver’s License) at the time of pickup.
- The name on the ID must match the name on the rental order.
- Customers are also required to provide the vehicle license plate number for any vehicle used to pick up rental equipment.
- A Small Act Rental LLC reserves the right to refuse release of equipment if proper identification is not provided.
11. Agreement Acceptance
Placing an order confirms that the Client has read, understands, and agrees to all terms in this Rental Agreement.
